Remote Assistant and PA

A Remote Assistant and PA (Personal Assistant) can do all the tasks of a secretary without coming into the office.

By engaging us as your remote assistant, we will be able to support you and/or your team with administrative tasks such as responding to emails and phone calls, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements for you. We can assist you with document production, presentations, transcription, copy typing, data entry and proofing. We can further assist by working with you to create business documents including safety manuals, office procedures manuals, forms, precedents, and creating and/or maintaining digital filing systems.

Your Remote Assistant works on an ad hoc basis, assisting you as needed.
